Hi allDid 10k in just under an hour- 59 mins I think not a pb but I really puhsed myself so feel pleased with completing in under an hour! Photos to follow- especially good as Lymm runners is now famous- managed to grab a pic with the legend Colin Jackson in the lymm runners vest most excellant!!!See you all Tuesx
